I have not used it yet.its still in the box in the 3rd bedroom.i am getting a handyman to install it for me.i can say that the ordering process was simple.it was delivered with in 2 weeks of me ordering it.also the emails kept me informed all the way through from when I ordered it till when it was delivered.i can not fault your system.well done and thankyou.
