AustraliaI bought this clothesine to replace a similar, broken unit. After shopping around, I found that Simply Clotheslines had it for the best price nationally. Combined with free-shipping, it was a deal that even the big box hardware store couldn't compete with. While I didn't choose the installation service myself, it's pretty reasonably priced. I'd certainly recommend it for someone who doesn't have the experience or know-how to do the job - saves you time and frustration by getting your clothesline ready to go the day it's delivered. Overall, the online experience was very easy from start to finish. Delivery was made within the estimated timeframe provided by Simply Clotheslines. The Austral Retractaway 40 is a solidly built clothesline. You can certainly see the difference in construction after looking at certain overseas manufactured retractable clotheslines. Offering 8 metres over 5 lines for 40 metres of line space, it's certainly big enough to handle washing for a family of 5. It's also pretty straight forward and easy to to use. I opted to go with a ground socket for the reciever pole as well. That way we get some yard space back when it's not in use. Overall, this a great clothesline at a price that's good value.

AustraliaFrom ordering our new clothesline online to receiving it, we received 100% excellent communication and service. Our last clothesline, which was exactly the same product, lasted us 15 years, and it was really only a bit of rust that prompted us to replace it. AustraliaI bought this clothes line because I'd had the earlier version which had reliably seen me through the family years. The new version was easy to order and quickly delivered but when I opened the box, the tension knob was broken. The selling agent quickly dealt with the issue and after sending photographs, Austral had a new unit delivered virtually the next day. The new line is now up and I'm very pleased with it. It gives great hanging space, the materials make it less obtrusive in your garden and it's easily adjusted. I'm looking forward to the same durabilty in Australian conditions I've enjoyed for years.

this is a longer line than Bunnings have. Delivery was good and it works well. Had to tension the line which was not that hard. Worked out cheaper than others for the extra length
