The ordering process is straightforward . The staff were helpful in giving advice about the clotheslines we were looking to buy. It was delivered in good condition. It's installed and way better than our previous line. Press the button and it comes down and up so easily. Only annoyance is the courier . Their tracking is hopeless and the delivery date is just a guess.

Great product. Good price. Fast and efficient delivery. Simple to install with clear instructions. Could be done by anyone who knows how to use a spirit level and able to dig a hole. I used it to replace a wall mounted one (which I hated) that was wasting space in the middle of our courtyard. This one is much better. More efficient use of space. Even if slightly oversize for the space, it works very well. Best of all it is Australian made!
