Delivery time frames are as below:

Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane Metro: 1-5 Business days*

Outside of Metro:2-10 Business days*

Adelaide: 2-10 Business days*

Couriers cannot deliver to PO box addresses, please provide a physical address as this will expedite your delivery process.

The above time frames are indicative only and not a guarantee. The time frames are provided by the couriers however they note any delivery can take up to 10 working days. Delivery timeframes are also effected by seasonal demand such a Christmas and Public Holidays.

*Not all areas outside of metro suburbs can be serviced, we are limited by our couriers delivery zones. If you live in a regional area, please feel free to get in touch and our friendly team will check if we are able to ship an order to you.

Delivery can be made to most Major Cities excluding Northern Territory, Tasmania, Western Australia, areas outside the Adelaide metro area and far north and regional Queensland and outlying islands off the mainland.

Unfortunately Couriers will not call you before they deliver a product as this is not part of their service.

If your order arrives damaged, you will need to notify us within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Our goods in transit are fully insured however we need to know within this time frame otherwise we cannot help you.

PLEASE NOTE: Made To Order Products can take 5 to 10 working days to make, the shipping timeframe is additional to this.

Please consider this when your order is placed as the lead times are displayed on the product pages. Made to order clotheslines cannot be returned.

If your clothesline has not arrived by the latest estimated time frame then please contact Simply Clotheslines directly. 

The free shipping policy Simply Clotheslines offers, (if applicable at time of ordering) and is for delivery to most populated areas around Australia.

The transport company’s door-to-door delivery is not always available in some regional areas.  Please be aware you may have to pick up your clothesline up from the transport companies closest depot, or incur additional delivery charge, if the transport company’s policy allows for this service. It is best if you call Simply Clotheslines before you place your order, if you live in any of these areas. 

All products are generally shipped within 24 business hours unless otherwise stated or are a made to order product.

Once your clothesline has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and freight company details, this will make it easier for you to know when to expect delivery of your clothesline.  (This does not apply for Austral products).
