Shipping & Delivery Information

Dispatch Times

  • Stocked items are dispatched the same business day for orders placed before 11 a.m. Sydney Time, Monday to Friday.
  • Austral products may take 1–3 business days to dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Metro Areas

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, ACT: 1–5 business days
  • Adelaide: 2–10 business days

Non-Metro / Regional Areas

  • Serviced locations: 2–10 business days
  • Remote or regional zones: Up to 19 business days

Delivery Coverage

We do not ship to the following:

  • Northern Territory (NT)
  • Western Australia (WA)
  • Tasmania (TAS)
  • Certain rural and remote areas
  • Off-mainland locations
  • PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers

A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

Important Delivery Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates only and can be affected by seasonal demand, public holidays, or courier delays.
  • Couriers do not call or text before delivery.
  • Made-to-Order clotheslines: Delivery timeframes begin after manufacturing is complete. These products are non-returnable.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to most areas in NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT and SA.
Customers in remote or regional areas may need to collect from the nearest depot.
Please contact us if you're unsure whether your location qualifies.

Enhanced Shipping Coverage (Optional Add-On)

For additional protection and peace of mind, this optional upgrade includes:

  • Priority resolution for lost or damaged items
  • Extended damage reporting window: 72 hours (standard is 24)
  • Extended return period: 45 days (standard is 30)

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived by the latest estimated timeframe, please contact us directly for assistance.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 24 hours by email with a photo of the damage.
  • Claims outside this timeframe cannot be processed unless you’ve purchased Enhanced Shipping Coverage, which extends the window to 72 hours.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier details.
(Tracking is not available for Austral products.)

Shipping Limits

Simply Clotheslines ships only within mainland Australia.
We do not offer international shipping.
