Returns and Refund Policy
Simply clotheslines operates within the Australian consumer law for the products and services offered.
If a product arrives with a damaged carton please check the product inside and notify us within 24 hours of its arrival so we can address the matter. After this time we will not be able to assist.
In the unlikely event a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item so we can review the issue. If an item is found to be faulty or damaged we will either provide a replacement part or product. We don't provide refunds for change of mind.
If there is an error Simply Clotheslines i.e. incorrect product, we will cover the shipping costs of the return and send the correct item.
If you have a damaged or received a faulty item, simply contact us at Sales@simplyclotheslines.au and supply the following information.
A sales Consultant from Simply Clotheslines will contact you to discuss the corrective action.
