Returns and Refund Policy
We are happy to accept returns on any stocked item that has not been opened within 30 days of receiving your product. If a product has been opened, unfortunately we are not able to accept a return for any reason.
Made to Order products are not able to be returned at all.
Any returns will need to be returned to our warehouse at the customers expense, please reach out to our friendly support team if you'd like to complete a return.
Simply clotheslines operates within the Australian consumer law for the products and services offered.
If a product arrives with a damaged carton please check the product inside and notify us within 24 hours of its arrival so we can address the matter. After this time we will not be able to assist.
In the unlikely event a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item so we can review the issue. If an item is found to be faulty or damaged we will either provide a replacement part or product.
If there is an error Simply Clotheslines i.e. incorrect product, we will cover the shipping costs of the return and send the correct item.

A sales Consultant from Simply Clotheslines will contact you to discuss the corrective action.
