Returns and Refund Policy
Made to Order clotheslines cannot be returned.
You may return, most new, unopened items within 120 days of delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for the shipping fee to return the product to us.
If the return is a result of an error by Simply Clotheslines i.e. incorrect product, we will cover the shipping costs.
Returns for any other reason will be payable by the customer unless outlined above.
At the time of the return request you will be notified of the return address details so you can send the product to our warehouse.
You should expect to receive your refund generally within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, this will depend on the time the courier takes to return the product. This time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper and bank process times.
We cannot cancel an order once it has left our warehouse. A return will need to be completed once your order leaves us.
Made to order products are not able to be returned or exchanged sorry.
