Maverick Retail Group Pty Ltd, trading as Simply Clotheslines is an online retailer who values our relationships with our clients.  We recognise privacy is an issue most customers are concerned with. Any personal information obtained from your, whilst using this website or in our store will be dealt with in accordance with Simply Clotheslines Privacy Policy set out below.

On request from you we will provide details of the personal information we hold about you. The release of information is subject to some exceptions such as information relating to existing or any anticipated legal proceedings, together with exceptions provided by the Privacy Act.  Simply Clotheslines reserves the right to charge a fee for providing access to your information. Our objective is to respond to any request within a reasonable timeframe.

We also aim to ensure that your personal information is accurate, up to date and complete. Amendment of your personal information will be conducted upon written request from you.
 
Complaint lodgement and resolution
Simply Clotheslines is committed to the protection of your privacy and personal information. Complaints you may have about your personal information can be lodged with Simply Clotheslines at sales@simplyclotheslines.com.au. We will attempt to resolve any complaint within 7 business days. If resolution is not possible within this timeframe we will contact you to discuss the matter further.

Except for the purposes outlined in Simply Clotheslines Privacy Policy, we never sell or disclose your personal information, however we may release personal information under the following circumstances:

We use Google adwords to promote the site and Google analytics to measure and improve the sites performance. In doing this google provides you with a cookie, this allows it to track and report on the results of our marketing efforts. In doing this we retain no information on you or your business, its something that google uses as part of its network.

When you visit Simply Clothesline your browser will receive will receive a cookie, this is a small text file which gives you as unique and anonymous identifier. Depending on your browser setting you may be asked to accept it or it may do it automatically.

How do we use this information
This information is used by third party vendors including Google, this enables them to show ads on websites and other areas of the internet. Google use Cookies to serve ads based on user’s who had already visited our website
