Little bit of a mix up- we received the larger model which would not ft into desired space BUT after sales service was brilliant! No hassle once situation explained, and the large clothesline collected as correct clothesline delivered. Easy to assemble, awesome hanging capacity, super sturdy with safety braking on wheels, and folds down for tight spaces like ours when not in use. We've had other clotheslines but this one is absolutely the best. And I am truly grateful for the customer care- so simple and efficient.
