Delivery times vary depending on the courier and your location. Products typically take 1 to 5 working days to arrive in metro areas and up to 15 working days in remote locations after they have been despatched. the cord are not the best it could be im sure you could improve a lot on that
Thanks for sharing your feedback Antonio. The “cord” used on this clothesline is 3.5mm galvanised steel wire, designed for extra strength and long-term durability. When installed following the manufacturer’s instructions, it generally performs very well without any issues.
If you’re finding the tension isn’t quite right please refer to the installation manual to ensure wire has been installed as per instruction or feel free to send us a few photos so we can take a look and assist further =]
