Returns and Refund Policy
Made to Order clotheslines by City Living cannot be returned.
You may return, most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Unfortunately under no circumstances we can accept a return of a product that has been opened.
If the return is a result of an error by Simply Clotheslines i.e. incorrect product, we will cover the shipping costs.
Returns for any other reason will be payable by the customer unless outlined above.
At the time of the return request you will be notified of the return address details so you can send the product to our warehouse.
The product is required to be unopened product, within 10 days of delivery date for a full refund less the original freight cost provided they must be in a resale-able condition. We don't cover change of mind or products which have been opened or trial installed or used.
You should expect to receive your refund generally within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, this will depend on the time the courier takes to return the product. This time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper and bank process times. In many cases it can be up to 15 working days for the entire process.
