How Covid-19 is Effecting Deliveries

All Simply Clotheslines support and warehouse staff are working in a Covid-19 safe manner and all products are being despatched on time and our support staff are available to assist you with any enquiries.

Freight is being impacted by the current 
rules and restrictions, which can  add an additional 1 to 10 days to the delivery of your product. The rules are changing daily and so is the impact they are having on freight.


Product Delivery


All products are shipped from our warehouses daily, Government restrictions in some areas is causing delays which may affect the total delivery time of your product. Although you may not live in an effected area, parcels typically pass through a capital city which may be effected to get to you.

Delays can add an additional 1 to 10 days, we are ensuring products are despatched in a rapid manner. Courier companies are independently owned so we are not able to influence them in any way.

You will be able to track you delivery when you receive your tracking details, unless it's an Austral product.
