I installed this myself. The instructions were clear and the video on utube was a great guide as well . With thought I got to position this exactly how i needed to . It holds my queen sized doona cover beautifully with no bunching up . The clothes seemed to dry quicker on it than my old hills hoist maybe as they claimed due to the upward slant on the arms . If I could suggest a couple of improvements they would be a place to hang a coat hanger on the ends of the arms and a more adjustable way to alter the set hight of the pole as this one is now set to suit short people forever ( maybe an insert that can be put under the post inside the ground plug . I love the colour and now plan to pave around it with old bricks 😀

I was very pleased with the prompt delivery of this clothesline to regional Victoria. Installation was reasonably straightforward, once the old line was removed. The line is a great size and comfortably deals with Queen-size sheets. We have 'happy washing' flapping around in the breeze. Thankyou.
