Austral Super 4 Rotary Clothes Hoist

The clothline is was easily assembled and is of a very good quality. Good to be able to purchase a quality product, well build which will last a life time. It was well packaged with more than enough wire supplied to complete the assembly. Service was excellent as was the delivery time. Glad to be hanging out with the best.

Easy to buy online with lots of information provided to make a comparison and choice. Great communications about delivery and arrived within 3 days. Assembly is a bit involved, including digging a suitable hole into hard clay. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Threading the steel wire is the most challenging, especially passing the wire back through the same hole you started with, but it gets easier with each circuit and the wire gets shorter! Now it's nice and taught, and easily accommodates big washloads of king size sheets, towels, blankets etc. Great product and veyr reliable company. Thank you!

Item arrived quickly. I am Impressed with the overall quality of the steel work so it’s a pity they use a cheap, poorly finished plastic handle rather than a handle witch matches the rest of the clothesline. I can’t figure out why Austral don’t give us the option of a ground socket so the line can be removed if required. I made it removable using my old ground socket. The clothesline went together well and looks fantastic in the backyard.

Arrived within a week, had to hire a handyman to set it up. It’s very heavy and required concreting in the ground. A trained handyman could do on his own, but would require two adults who were untrained in setup. BUT now that it’s up, it’s perfect!! Looks so good and solid and heavy duty for a big family. Can’t fault the design or the look. Happy with the product

Easy installation and assembly. However, the tangle of cable was a little frustrating, but that is just what it is, rolled up gal cable will knot up a little and You need to be patient with it Super quick delivery.

This is the second one we've owned in the last 15yrs and the quality is as good now as it was then. Keep up the good work.

Easy to assemble and it appears to be solidly built. Delivery was fast to my regional town.

Ordering and delivery - great, no issues at all.Installation - we installed it ourselves. Instructions clear but a couple of challenges in keeping the crossbars straight and tieing off the end of the wire neatly so that wires dont stick out.Use - works well. Plenty of line space for a family of three. Reasonable gap between the rows. Seems solid and looks very traditional. We are happy with the end result.

I am delighted with our new Super 4 by Austral. It was easy to set up and it is of high quality - with a 20 year warrantee too! It looks great and is smooth to wind up and down. Even better is that it is Made in Australia!!!! Support local manufacturers and Australian jobs.

Prompt delivery, good instructions, looks great, more lines than the old one and best of all it’s Australian made.

The metal line supplied caused holes in almost everything at the spots where they were pegged. Had to pull it out and replace it with plastic coated line which solved the problem.

Good item and installation was easy. Hardest part was diging the hole in rock hard soil. Delivery was a little long but I thought it might have been of my distance from a major city.
