Love the monument colour. So easy to use, fits my queen sheets beautifully, lots of room and space for my washing loads and love how high I can wind it up to capture all that winter sun!

I purchased this to replace an older Hills model as it is supposed to fit in the existing ground mount, however, 2 problems. The first was that the new one did not immediately fit. The small bar that stops the base from rotating was too long so I had to grind about 5mm off the end. It then went into the fitting but the new ones secure a different way. I had to take the base locking mechanism off the old hoist and use on the new one - unfortunately being about 10 years old it was broken on one side so consequently the clothesline base is not secured as tightly as it should be. Anyway, it's in place. A bit disappointed the new one doesn't have the line tensioners like the old one but otherwise I'm happy with it. This one has a lifetime warranty so see how we go!!

Very happy with my 6 line clothesline in Monarch colour. We had limited space and swimming pool fence regulations to consider.
This was the perfect size, there are only 2 of us.
We use queen bed sheets which are too large for the outer line but it’s easy to attach extra sheet area to next outer line segment.

Firstly, the ordering and delivery process were easy. There was a small problem with the delivery because a part was missing from the box. This issue was quickly rectified by *team member* from the Simply Clotheslines office.
The colour of the clothesline matches perfectly with our other outdoor buildings. It was easy to install and looks fantastic.

I’m overall very happy with my new clothes line. It was relatively easy to install and is high quality. The washing basket holder that I bought separately is great too. The only reason I rated it at 4-star instead instead of 5 is because it says that the line is long enough for queen size sheets. It kind of is, but the sheets are slightly gathered (not completely flat). I presume this is because most sheet sets these days are slightly wider to allow for deep mattresses. My son also designed and 3D printed an attachment for the pole that holds my peg basket!

We had a previous model. It did the job but only just. The new one is much better in every respect. Very happy with both the Hoist and the online process.

So pleased with my new clothes line and better yet that it has all the wires still on it.... ours got destroyed in a big hail storm. I also love that you have dark grey ones instead of green. I also brought a laundry basket holder .... wow now that is great. Now I just need to find a good peg container that fits onto the pole of the clothes line. Thank you for delivering as we are out in semi bush so a lot of companies will not deliver here.

I ordered the hoist and laundry basket holder in dark grey "monument" colour and was so glad that I did because unlike our previous green hoist, it blends into the background so much better. Assembling both items took two people but it went smoothly enough. Digging out the old hoist and its huge concrete block was the tough part! The assembly instructions were clear and it's good that the line comes pre-strung. The collapsable peg basket is great because it comes with a strap that you can hang around your shoulder or neck, meaning that wherever you walk around the line, you don't need to keep going back to the one point where pegs are usually kept. This speeds up the hanging process. The basket holder is cleverly designed and simply folds up when not in use. The entire package arrived in excellent condition within a week of ordering on line. I'm very happy with the whole set-up and would highly recommend both Hills products and Simply Clotheslines. I never thought that I'd be so positively impressed about a clothes-line.

Replaced due to removing above ground pool had previous hills hoist for 30 years . Nice to have the new premium model and it blends into the fence and garden nicely

Great sized clothesline. Opens and closes easily and was very easy to assemble by myself.

I would recommend simply clothesline 100%. I purchased a hills 8line rotary clothesline and delivered in 3 working days to Victoria. One part was damaged but simply clotheslines had the part on the next courier out.Very delighted with my line

We finally installed this clothes line and it's great. It's the perfect size for us. Family of 4 with teenagers. Easy to install too. I love that the colour matches my house too. Recommended.
